Music Monday(Tuesday)__Miley Cyrus Wreking Ball

So I know that I haven't posted much lately and that I am late for the music monday this week but I thought I would talk about Miley Cyrus's music video for Wreaking Ball. The Directors cut was released today and I will have to say that I love it a lot more than the original. The reason is that I feel more of a connection to what Miley was trying to portray through the song. Don't get me wrong, the original has some interesting aspects to it, but I think that she tried to be too sexy for the type of song that it is. Something that is just simple and raw has more of an impact than showing our body naked on an actual wreaking ball.

Music Monday__Waist of Time

This song was recommended to me a few times on youtube and I had just ignored it before. But then I thought, why not expand my music knowledge and I am glad I did. Not only is the song great, but the music video fits it too.

Music Monday_Fever

I don't think I have put a cover of a song as my song of the week, but once I heard this rendition of Fever, originally by Peggy Lee, this girls version was able to stand very close to it in ranks. This girl, Addie Hamilton really needs to get recognized more, having only 2 songs on her youtube channel covering Blurred Line in the similar vintage sound, she is someone I would love to follow in her music career.

Evolution of British Fashion

I think this video is just adorable. It shows the evolution of fashion in the UK in about 140 seconds. The continuous dancing I think helps show how fashion is seamless, it doesn't just stop and start.

Music Monday__Applause by Lady Gaga

I will have to say that I use to be a huge fan of Lady Gaga. However, the last album she had release was not my favorite and I had lost interest in her. With the new song, I am excited for her again. This song is catchy fun, and the video is amazing. I can't wait to see what else she comes out with.

PARIS DAY 6-7

There are no pictures for day 4-5 because I just didn't take any. But here are pictures from the last two days. I have been to the Eiffel Tower, L'Arc de Triomphe, and the catacombs.
